Use the carrier code in your dashboard (Settings β Forwarding). It's a short code like **61*number# you dial once. 30+ UK carriers supported including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, BT.
Open the call in your dashboard, scroll to the transcript. Most often: knowledge base missing the service the caller asked for, or calendar wasn't authorised. Add the missing service in Settings β Knowledge Base.
Settings β Knowledge Base β Services. Edit prices, save. AI uses the new prices on the next call (no retraining needed).
