Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out the activities you may not engage in when using Missed Call Help AI.

1. You may not

  • Break the law. Use the Service for any illegal activity, including fraud, harassment, or stalking.
  • Spam. Send unsolicited bulk SMS, calls, or messages, or use the Service to violate PECR (UK), TCPA (US), CASL (Canada), or equivalent anti-spam laws.
  • Harass. Use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person, business, or government entity.
  • Scrape or compete. Access the Service to build a competing product, scrape our data, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Resell without permission. Resell, sublicense, or rent the Service to third parties without a written Reseller / Partner agreement with us.
  • Misrepresent AI. Use voice cloning or AI to impersonate a real person without their consent, or in a context where AI disclosure is required by law (and you've turned the disclosure off).
  • Compromise security. Attempt to breach our security, probe for vulnerabilities, run penetration tests, or interfere with other customers' use.
  • Overload. Generate artificially high call volumes designed to disrupt the Service or extract free usage.
  • Distribute malware. Use the Service to host, transmit, or link to malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content.
  • Violate IP. Upload knowledge base content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or confidentiality.
  • Operate prohibited industries. Use the Service for adult / sexually explicit content, gambling outside licensed jurisdictions, illegal drugs, weapons sales, or content promoting hate or violence.

2. You must

  • Obtain consent from your end users before initiating outbound calls or SMS, where required by law.
  • Honour opt-out / unsubscribe requests within 24 hours.
  • Truthfully identify your business in calls and messages.
  • Disclose AI use to callers when required by jurisdiction (e.g. California SB 1001).
  • Keep your account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised use immediately.

3. Reporting violations

If you believe a customer is misusing our Service (spam, fraud, abuse), email support@missedcallhelpai.com with subject "AUP Report". We investigate every report.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in (without notice for severe cases):

  • Warning and request to remediate
  • Suspension of specific features (e.g. outbound campaigns)
  • Suspension of the Account
  • Termination of the Account and data deletion (subject to legal retention)
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, where we have a reasonable belief their use violates this AUP, harms others, or exposes us to legal liability.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
