We want you to be confident trying Missed Call Help AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee (first month)
If you're a new subscriber and decide within 30 days of your first paid charge that the Service isn't right for you, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. No retention call. Just email us with subject line "Refund Request".
The 30 days run from the date your card is first charged for a paid plan.
2. After the first 30 days — monthly plans
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the 30-day window has passed. However, you can cancel any time from your dashboard, and your subscription will simply not renew at the end of the current month. You keep access to all features until the cycle ends.
3. Annual plans — pro-rata refunds within 30 days
If you're on an annual plan and cancel within 30 days of the annual charge, we'll refund you on a pro-rata basis: a refund equal to the unused portion of the year, less the equivalent of the months already used at the monthly (non-annual) rate.
After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may continue to use the Service until the year ends.
4. Add-ons & one-off services
Where applicable, one-off services (such as bespoke onboarding work or custom voice clones) are non-refundable once delivered.
5. Voice minutes & overage
Overage charges (minutes used beyond your plan's allowance — £0.85/min on Starter, £0.75/min on Growth, £0.65/min on Scale) are non-refundable. To prevent unexpected overage, set a hard cap in Settings → Limits.
6. Service outages & SLA credits
If we miss our service level commitments, you may be entitled to service credits as set out in your plan terms. SLA credits are credited to your account; they are not paid out as cash refunds.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@missedcallhelpai.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- The charge reference (from your Stripe receipt)
- Reason (optional, but it helps us improve)
We process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where applicable to you as a consumer) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
