Missed Call Help AI Ltd is committed to providing a website and product that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA across our marketing website and dashboard application. We follow the principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust (POUR).
What we do
- Semantic HTML5 markup with proper landmark roles
- Skip-to-main-content link on every page
- Keyboard navigable — all interactive elements reachable via Tab; visible focus indicators
- Alt text on all meaningful images; decorative images marked aria-hidden
- ARIA labels on icon-only buttons
- Sufficient colour contrast (≥ 4.5:1 for body text, ≥ 3:1 for large text and UI components)
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
- No flashing content above the WCAG threshold
- Form labels properly associated with inputs
- Respects prefers-reduced-motion
- Mobile-first responsive design tested at 375px width
Known issues
We're working to fix the following:
- Some embedded third-party widgets (Calendly, Google Maps) may not fully meet AA — we provide alternative contact methods on every page.
- Older blog posts may have inconsistent heading hierarchy — being remediated.
- Cookie banner colour contrast review pending for the dark theme variant.
Compatible with
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest two versions)
- Screen readers: NVDA on Windows, JAWS, VoiceOver on macOS / iOS, TalkBack on Android
- Zoom: Browser zoom up to 400% supported
